Valencia and the Costa del Azahar or the, 'Orange Blossom Coast', as it is more famously known offers a fantastic lifestyle that many people can only dream of. The varied landscape means that there's something for everyone from the un spoilt sandy beaches to the lush green mountains and picturesque towns and villages.
The Mediterranean sun provides Valencia with a warm year-round climate giving you that out-door lifestyle you have always wished for. This provides the perfect backdrop for all types of sporting activities and with such a vast stretch of coastline it's not surprising that there is a wide variety of water sports enjoyed here. Host to the America's Cup, the most prestigious yachting event in the sporting calendar and home to the much talked about Formula 1 'street circuit', based around the famous City of Arts and Sciences and marina, highlights the interest and huge investment into Valencia people are making. Valencia has a forward thinking local government who are investing millions of euros into the growth of their beautiful city and its surrounding towns and villages, thus justifying the growing number of people who desire to live and own property here.
The capital city Valencia offers a vast array of cultural and monumental heritage complimented by wonderful architecture, an underground Metro system with cosmopolitan shopping and restaurants to suit all tastes. Spain's most famous dish, paella originates from Valencia, together with many other tasty culinary delights to be enjoyed in the company of the region's warm and friendly people.
