Beet the recession, take advantage of falling house prices in Spain

As a resident of Spain, living in Valencia I am sure you are more than aware, during times of recession, people can also make very good investments. Particularly in property, with competitively prices properties available now to be bought, the downturn is not going to last forever and likely to start to turn around by the end of this year or start of 2010. When this happens, the investment people have made in buying cheaper properties now, will see them increased return on their investment in the not too distant future. Therefore call me an optimist, but instead of looking for a black side there is always a positive side to reflect upon when considering property purchase at this depressed market time. The Spanish banks we use are still providing mortgages, I have arranged two mortgages this year so far successfully already. Fair enough the highest was just a 60% mortgage to purchase value, but nevertheless the clients were happy and business is certainly picking up with the influx of the investment buyers since the start of February. It has never been such a good time to buy yourself a property here in Valencia, with some fantastic bargains available offering you the chance to own your dream home villa in the sun.
